By accessing or using Votonomics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Votonomics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and API in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the service to build a competing product without our written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Votonomics and its content, methodology, scoring models and underlying technology remain our property. Signals and data delivered to you may be used internally within your organisation in accordance with your subscription terms.
Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your order form.
Votonomics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Signals and scores are decision-support tools, not investment, legal or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votonomics will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Either party may terminate an active subscription in accordance with the notice terms in your order form. We may suspend access immediately in cases of suspected misuse or non-payment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your order form, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
