Envision to Build Latin America’s First Net-Zero Industrial Park in Brazil

Envision, a global leader in green technology, has partnered with the Brazilian government to establish Latin America’s first Net-Zero Industrial Park in Brazil, marking a significant milestone in the region’s green energy transition. This ambitious project will focus on the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)green hydrogen, and green ammonia, with the goal of positioning Brazil as a global leader in clean fuel production.

“Brazil is crucial to the global green transition of human society,” said Lei Zhang, Chairman of Envision. “It is poised to become the world’s most significant green oil production hub, with its abundant biomass and renewable electricity.”

The project, which was announced during Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s visit to China, aligns with both Brazil’s decarbonization goals and the broader global efforts to combat climate change. The industrial park will leverage Brazil’s rich natural resources—such as biomass and renewable electricity—to scale green oil production and establish a complete green fuel value chain.

Envision is replicating its successful Net-Zero Industrial Park model, initially implemented in Inner Mongolia, which was recognized by the World Economic Forum for its innovation in industrial decarbonization. The Inner Mongolia facility currently hosts the world’s largest and most cost-effective green hydrogen and ammonia production unit. Now, the company plans to adapt this model to Brazil, where its vast renewable resources can play a crucial role in the global shift to clean energy.

The Brazilian park will become a central hub for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), a key component in decarbonizing the aviation industry, and further advance green hydrogen and green ammonia technologies. Envision’s expertise in renewable energy systems and technology innovations will drive the development of Brazil’s green oil capacity, positioning it as a central player in the global green fuel market.

The project is expected to create new opportunities for green energy innovation in Latin America and contribute significantly to global decarbonization efforts and energy security.

Envision’s chairman emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating: “We are committed to putting the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind into action, leveraging China’s new energy innovations to bring a new global prosperity.” The project is a significant step forward for Brazil and Envision, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable industrial ecosystems and the future of clean energy.
